Why Volunteer?

Volunteerism is a cornerstone of the Village model, drawing upon the untapped but tremendous capacity of people in our communities to support each other. 

North Shore Village Network volunteers include members, as well as college students, community organizations, empty nesters, retirees, and many others from the broader community.
